2008 Spring Invitational Art Show

CALENDAR 
• April 4 & 5 - Deliver art works from 12:00 - 4:00 to Spring River Art Gallery, 112B Main St, Hardy, AR 72542.
• April 12 through 27- Show open to the public at The Gallery, Thurs. - Sat. 12:00 - 4:00 & Sun. 1:00 - 4:00
• April 27 - Reception 2:00 - 4:00. Awards presentation 3:30. Works may be picked up following I
the awards presentation or later by prior arrangement

ELIGIBILITY
Each artist, over 18, may submit up to three entries for a non-refundable fee of $10.00 for the first entry and $7.50 for each additional entry.

AWARDS 
Cash prizes will be awarded for First, $100.00; Second, $75.00; and Third; $50.00 place winners. Best of Show, $200.00 & People’s Choice, $100.00. Honorable Mentions will receive ribbons. There may be multiple first, second, third & honorable mention awards in the show.

SALES
The Gallery must arrange all direct & indirect sales from
the show. A 10% donation to The Spring River Artists
Guild is requested on all sales.

LIABILITY
The Spring River Artists Guild will not be responsible for any loss or damage to any work of art.

ENTRY CHECKLIST
• Entry size limited to no more than 48 X 48 in. in either direction.
• All works must be ready for hanging w/ screw eyes & wire. Works on paper must have glass or
plexiglass. No saw-tooth hangers.
• All works must be the original work of the artist, not created from a kit or pattern, nor
computer-generated.
• Acceptance of works will be at the discretion of the Art Show Committee.
• FORMS: Complete one label for each entry and attach to back of each entry. Complete Registration Form & Claim Form (Click here to download form). Make checks payable to Spring River Art Guild.
